In Greene County district court Suzanne Marie Eliserio, 55, of Altoona was granted a deferred judgment Aug. 4 after she changed her plea to guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated- first offense. She was placed on informal probation for one year. She must complete the recommendations of a substance abuse evaluation she has already undergone, and she must complete a community college drinking drivers school. Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment as follows: Erica Murphy, 26, of Jefferson, possession of methamphetamine- first offense; Suanne Elaine Winters, 46, of Glidden, burglary- third degree; and Talon David Church, 19, of Ogden, OWI- first offense. Trial dates were set for Oct. 31 in every case.
